LCTS offers minibus hire with driver to not-for-profit organisations across Edinburgh and The Lothians. Your journey will be fully supported by a trained driver, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for your group.

To use our hire service, your organisation must first become a member of LCTS by paying a small membership fee. To get started, complete the membership enquiry form and we will send you full details.

FAQ

Q: How far in advance should we book a minibus?

We will always do our best to accommodate your booking whenever possible, but we recommend giving as much notice as you can to secure availability and your preferred travel times.

If you need to cancel a booking, it is essential that you contact the LCTS office as far in advance as possible. Providing sufficient notice allows us to manage our minibuses and make them available to other groups. If a booking is cancelled at short notice or cancellations happen repeatedly, LCTS reserves the right to charge the minimum hire fee to cover unavoidable costs.

Becoming a member of LCTS is simple and affordable. Membership gives your organisation access to minibus hire and other services across Edinburgh and The Lothians. The membership fee is £14.40 (including VAT), and once registered, your organisation can start taking advantage of our minibus hire service right away.
